The consultation is an informal discussion and is done by phone, text or video chat.

Step 2: Using the information from the consultation I will create a personalized exercise program with your specific goals in mind that fits with your current lifestyle. The workout program will help keep you motivated, getting you results in the quickest time possible. This will also help eliminate the guesswork out of what exercises you should do. ‚Äč

Step 3: This can be a greatly underestimated resource. Check ins with a experienced personal adds accountability to you and can really enhance results at a massively discounted price compared to meeting with a trainer in person.
