 John Gonzalez is the founder of Temple Fitness Personal Training. He has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer/fitness coach. He is the  author of

After working in traditional health clubs as a trainer he wanted to create an environment where clients could enjoy their  sessions with their trainer in a private setting. 

This would be a place without the crowds and distractions that you see in traditional gyms and health clubs. This is when John decided to go out on his own and start Temple Fitness Personal Training

  • Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
  • Certified Personal Trainer with the (NASM)
  • Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist(NASM)
  • Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

Noreen Torres is a Bronx Personal Trainer certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) She was born and raised in the Bronx, played high school softball and basketball along with bar league and PAL softball. As a teenager Noreen competed in handball tournaments at Yankee Stadium coming in first place in singles for her age group.

Today she is in the Medical field and knows the importance of health and fitness. Noreen felt compelled to help others try to obtain a certain level of fitness whether beginners or those just struggling to maintain an active lifestyle. 

When not training for Spartan Races she participate in as many 5k & 10k races as possible. One of Noreen's saying is, "one must step out of their comfort zone and overcome obstacles to move forward". "As an ISSA certified trainer I try to teach my clients to compete against themselves to try to be better today than they were yesterday."
